Overview We’re searching for an
experienced Quant Developer
to join a high-caliber engineering and trading team at a fast-growing proprietary trading firm. In this role, you’ll be directly responsible for
designing and implementing high-performance trading systems and tools
that support some of the most competitive markets in the world.

Design, develop, and maintain
high-performance trading systems and tools . Collaborate with
traders and researchers
to translate strategies into production-ready solutions. Improve
infrastructure, latency, and deployment workflows
to maximize trading performance. Ensure the
stability and reliability
of systems in live trading environments. Who You Are You are a pragmatic, hands-on engineer with a passion for
building scalable, efficient systems
that push the limits of technology in trading. You thrive in collaborative, high-performance teams and enjoy taking ownership of your work from design to production. Your Profile
3 to 10 years of experience in a
quantitative development role
at a proprietary trading firm or similar environment. Strong academic background in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience developing
C++/Python production code . Strong grasp of
systems performance, low-latency, and real-time application design . Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a drive for
continuous improvement . Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach. Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude with comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments. What You Will Get
