Youll play a starring role in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests by presenting them with WOW moments. This is an opportunity to bring your culinary expertise to a setting that values precision, skill, and creativity. THE STARTING RATE:
$22.30 per hour The Day-to-day Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques Identify and safely use kitchen equipment Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups
The Ideal Candidate Prior experience working in a high-volume production or fine dining restaurant within a culinary role. Strong knowledge of Italian and/or fine dining cuisines and cooking techniques is a bonus. Able to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
