We are currently seeking an Instructional System Designer (ISD) to join our team in Quantico, Virginia, United States. The Instructional System Designer (ISD) will apply adult learning theory, including the ADDIE model to Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate curriculum for the client. The ISD should be well trained and experienced in instructional systems design and provide media content to support lessons. This position will team with other ISD personnel and assist with conducting level 1, 2, and 3 evaluations. Instructional System Designers may be required to develop content for clients who are assigned to Unclassified and Classified environments. Job Duties: Utilize the ADDIE model to create curriculum Identify training needs at different stages of career development Develop training content, implement training and conduct evaluations of the training Assist in ensuring alignment between identified job tasks, learning objectives and assessment items Participate in the curriculum validation and testing validation processes Basic Qualifications: BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Physical Science, or other technology-related discipline High School Diploma 4 additional years of experience = Associate's Degree Associate's Degree + 4 additional years of experience = Bachelor's Degree 3 years of formal classroom instruction experience 3 years of Instructional Systems Design experience Ability to obtain Public Trust Security Clearance NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
