The County Materials Family of Companies manufactures and delivers concrete construction products to meet the demand for growing communities. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for County Materials Corporation in Brookfield, WI. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing direct administrative support to the Executive team. The duties with this position will include but are not limited to, providing professional support with general front desk and administrative tasks. Job Responsibilities Performs receptionist duties including answering and making phone calls, monitoring the general voicemail box, performing clerical tasks and general housekeeping. Greets and provides general support to visitors and service vendors. Manages mail center for incoming and outgoing postal pickups, UPS, and FedEx shipments and supplies. Prepares communications such as letters, memos, emails, and other correspondence. Performs data entry. Provides administrative support for company initiatives, including volunteer efforts, team member appreciation, corporate departments as needed, and more. Responsible for filing, recording, and maintaining records. Experience & Qualifications Ability to work autonomously as well as in a collaborative environment with multiple teams and company locations. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Planner, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.
