Product Manager, Compliance Technology

The Boston Scientific Compliance IT team is seeking a Product Manager, Compliance Technology to lead software tools that support Compliance management. In this key IT role, you will oversee a suite of applications, integrations, and strategies supporting global compliance initiatives. You will lead a global team of internal and vendor resources, driving system performance, enhancement, and support. You'll partner closely with the Product Owner from Compliance, as well as stakeholders across regions and functions, to ensure delivery of high-impact changes that bring measurable business value. Your responsibilities will include: Serve as the primary IT point of contact for the Compliance business function Support development and execution of the Compliance technology roadmap and strategy in partnership with the Product Owner Assist with internal resource planning, including vendor management and contract oversight Ensure reliable system performance through ongoing system management, updates, troubleshooting, and maintenance in adherence with SLAs Provide product governance and oversight of integrations and system configurations Lead compliance-related technology projects, including upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and new implementations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and within scope Drive process improvements and encourage team efficiency Manage multiple vendor relationships responsible for business-critical operations Provide flexible availability to respond to system issues and collaborate across global time zones Lead IT deliverables in accordance with Boston Scientific's Global Systems Methodology Facilitate problem-solving and remove roadblocks impacting delivery Influence teams and stakeholders to align with program objectives and delivery milestones Provide regular updates to leadership through effective communication and reporting Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 6 years' experience in IT management Exposure to both SaaS solutions and internally developed software applications Strong project and task prioritization skills; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Proficiency in system integration, data management, and automation tools Knowledge of SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Previous experience as a business analyst Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and serve in a consultative role Preferred qualifications: MBA or other advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. PMP certification Scrum Master certification Ability to write simple queries and extract data from databases Experience working in a complex, highly matrixed global organization Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
