A Day In The Life
As our Account Manager in our Aviation department, you'll build and maintain key client and carrier relationships, assist assigned clients and teammates with service questions related to administration, billing and problem solving. You'll be an integral part of the team working with Producers, Account Executives and fellow service team members to handle day to day servicing needs including but not limited to policy checking, certificate issuance, invoicing and other incoming client requests. You will also be involved in the renewal process for assigned clients, preparing renewal documents, reviewing carrier quotes and delivering forms to clients. You will attend classes and carrier meetings to stay up-to-date on products and relevant industry developments, and participate in other projects as needed. Our Future Colleague

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
