A day in the life. As our Account Manager in our Aviation department, you'll build and maintain key client and carrier relationships, assist assigned clients and teammates with service questions related to administration, billing and problem solving. You'll be an integral part of the team working with Producers, Account Executives and fellow service team members to handle day to day servicing needs including but not limited to policy checking, certificate issuance, invoicing and other incoming client requests. You will also be involved in the renewal process for assigned clients, preparing renewal documents, reviewing carrier quotes and delivering forms to clients. You will attend classes and carrier meetings to stay up-to-date on products and relevant industry developments, and participate in other projects as needed. Our future colleague. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training 2-4 years or more of relevant insurance industry experience P&C insurance license Strong client relations skills including excellent communication skills and service orientation, cooperative nature, and tactfulness to resolve client and company problems Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
