In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in conducting detailed operational analyses and supporting business decisions through data-driven insights. Responsibilities: Perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decision-making within the business unit. Lead medium to large-scale special projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Design and modify processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across operations. Develop and present comprehensive reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborate with suppliers and staffing teams to streamline onboarding and workforce management processes. Validate plans and ensure compliance with industry standards such as NIS and NERC. Provide guidance on cyber-related initiatives and expense account management within the business unit. Support commission functions and contingent workforce operations with a focus on optimization. Facilitate the implementation of procedures to enhance overall business performance. Drive decision-making processes through actionable insights and standardized tools. Requirements Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role is required. Proficiency in conducting both quantitative and qualitative research. Strong skills in process design and modification. Familiarity with industry standards such as NIS and NERC. Ability to manage medium to large-scale projects effectively. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of onboarding, staffing, and supplier management processes.
