Provide quality patient care to all patients within the medical imaging department. Perform high quality images and exams on patients while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs. Follow standards of safe radiation practice and ALARA principles. Demonstrate leadership abilities and be a role model for other associate technologists. Act as a clinical resource to students, staff technologists and other hospital personnel. Ensure current standards of practice for the unit. Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Registered Technologist, Radiology - R.T. (R) (ARRT) (R) ARDMS or ARRT Radiographer Basic Life Support from American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications
Associate's degree (strongly preferred) Bachelor's degree Bone Density certification is preferred within 6 months of hire, if applicable to entity Schedule and Location
Schedule: Full-time Shift: Days 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM; 5 days/week preferred, but open to 8:00 AM 8:30 PM 3 days/week. On call required. Location: 2525 S DOWNING ST, Denver, 80210 The Role You'll Contribute

Performs diagnostic radiology procedures with emphasis on radiation safety and ALARA. Produces quality images in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
