Business Systems Analyst

Triad Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Business Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology & Cybersecurity team. As a vital part of our commitment to streamline operations and enhance systems efficiency, the Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in bridging the needs of our finance business units with IT solutions. By understanding and documenting requirements, designing systems enhancements, and ensuring the successful deployment of IT projects, this role supports Triad Financial Services' mission to offer leading financial products in the manufactured homes sector, thereby driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Analyze business processes and system needs, translating business problems into technical solutions. Gather and interpret data from multiple stakeholders to compile comprehensive business requirements documents. Collaborate with IT professionals and software developers to create system designs and architecture that align with business needs. Assess third-party solutions, recommending acquisitions that enhance our efficiency and service offerings. Facilitate change management and user adoption processes, including training sessions and detailed user guides. Conduct usability testing and post-deployment reviews to ensure project results meet business needs and quality standards. Maintain a detailed understanding of the business's data architecture and information flow. Provide ongoing support and system refinements based on user feedback and business evolution. Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate business requirements into system solutions. Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database management. Experience with system modeling tools such as UML (Unified Modeling Language) or BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation). Strong project management capabilities and knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
