$80,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to be fast tracked to a Project Manager role, focusing on Design-Build projects in healthcare construction. This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits. About us

We are a leading general contractor specializing in ground-up construction and interior buildouts in the light industrial and healthcare sectors. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring client needs are met and projects are completed on time and within budget. Assist the Project Manager in preparing and reviewing project estimates, budgets, and schedules Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met Participate in project meetings and provide progress reports to the Project Manager Assist in managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, and develop mitigation plans Assist in managing project budgets and ensuring project profitability Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications Assist in managing project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, and final payments Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 1+ years of experience in Estimating, Design-Build, Light Industrial, and Healthcare Construction Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and safety standards Ability to travel to project sites as needed Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
