Base pay range

Technical Product Manager Heating Solutions Please note: this is NOT an IT role. Join a
global leader in premium outdoor heating solutions
and play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our product lines across the US. This is a
hands-on, technically focused role
where your engineering expertise and ability to produce
clear, accurate technical drawings
will directly impact product success. Youll be the crucial link between Customer/Technical Support and Engineering, ensuring that customer needs are translated into precise specifications and high-performing products. What Youll Do
Create, review, and maintain
technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
that guide engineering, manufacturing, and customer use. Develop and maintain a comprehensive
product knowledge database
and technical documentation. Act as the
liaison between Engineering and Commercial teams , translating complex technical information into actionable business insights. Support staff through
technical training and development . Manage escalated product issues, diagnosing and resolving technical challenges. Contribute to the full
product lifecycle
from design and testing through to market support. What You Bring
Bachelors degree in
Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering
field (or equivalent practical experience). 35 years in
technical product management, product engineering, or product development
within a hardware/manufacturing environment. Strong experience with
technical drawings and CAD tools
(e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar). Solid understanding of
electrical, mechanical, or gas systems . Proven track record in managing the
technical roadmap
and product lifecycle. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot real-world product and installation issues. Strong communicator, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with
ERP/CRM systems
(Microsoft NAV & CE a plus). Calm, empathetic, and customer-focused, even under pressure. Why Join Us?
