The units objective is to create, customize, modify, and support applications and reports that enhance the divisions ability to achieve its fundraising goals as well as to improve other processes that affect the organization. . Position Information Classification Title IT Application Support Professional FLSA Exempt FTE 1.00 Minimum Qualifications Requires at least a baccalaureate degree in the field. Bachelors degree in computer science or management information systems, or related experience At least one year of experience in creation and maintenance of websites and/or web applications Experience working with a Content Management System, such as WordPress Experience working with MS SQL Server database management system, including experience developing stored procedures Exposure to MVC framework, such as Laravel Position Summary Reporting to the Associate Director of Application Development, this position is responsible for the programming, testing, implementation, documentation, and support of new and existing web applications for Development and Alumni Relations units along with each applications associated databases. The incumbent is expected to possess excellent written and oral communication skills for conveying both technical and non-technical information. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies

Experience with web programming languages such as PHP or . NET Experience working with a database such as MySQL or MS SQL Experience with GitLab or similar version control system HTML , JavaScript/jQuery, CSS , XML Ability to interact verbally and in writing with both technical and non-technical audiences Additional Division Expectations:
