Enterprise Feature Platform Migration Product Manager

Your customer is defining industry-leading 'Decisioning Algorithms' automating billions of dollars in decisions including Credit Line Increases, Fraud, Marketing, Multi-Card decisions more. The successful candidate will deliver their goals through a network that includes all major Card segments (Mainstreet, UpMarket, Partnerships & Small Business Card) while engaging with Product, Tech, Business Analysis, and Risk partners. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Deliver the product strategy for migrating a high value data-feature library to the enterprise platform Design and support validation techniques to ensure a smooth migration from legacy to modern platform Meet with leaders in Business organizations to understand their pain points and develop solutions to lower their overhead Work closely with business and tech partner teams to define requirements and measures of success Prioritize the product backlog to maximize business and customer outcomes Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product and customer journey design Maintain an analyzed backlog of work, refining the near term deliverables/epics with Tech Support technology teams with escalation and resolution of impediments Deploy go-to-market strategies to ensure customers can navigate onboarding tools and steps Serve as the connection between customers, partners, Capital Ones mission, and your team We want you if you are: Passionate about building impactful products and enjoy putting yourself in the shoes of customers Looking to leverage AI to the fullest extent allowed to improve the thoroughness and efficiency of your work You are able to concisely describe problems to ensure teams understand them and lead teams to solve those problems You understand the needs of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and/or business decision analysts You have experience building or working with enterprise platforms with wide-ranging capabilities You are a continuous learner who revels in asking dumb questions and can get up to speed on technology quickly You are experienced working in an Agile environment and delivering incremental priorities to maximize value over time You enjoy zooming out to understand the big picture and derive satisfaction from thinking strategically You have excellent oral and written communication skills You are an avid networker to best support customers and work with partner platforms (EMP & GenAI Platform) to ensure our services are aligned with their lifecycles and strategies The position will not manage others directly, but as a Product Owner, will lead 1 or more tech pods in delivering their agenda/backlog. At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelors Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Masters Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration Preferred Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience building Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL/transformation logic) with Python, SQL or other relevant language At least 4 years of experience working in Agile Product Management MBA or Masters degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration Experience working in data science, machine learning, AI and/or automated Business Decision technologies Experience working closely with enterprise platforms At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
