We are actively seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to join our growing team in the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts and subcontracts throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee scheduling , procurement, and delivery of materials and equipment
• Review and coordinate shop drawings and submittals
• Monitor and update project budgets , costs, and progress reports
• Approve vendor and subcontractor payment applications
• Lead and document project coordination meetings
• Coordinate field installations with subcontractors
• Review and negotiate change orders and pricing
• Evaluate and recommend construction methods and timelines
• Resolve project-related issues and conflicts
• Ensure quality control and manage project closeout

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC project management
• Strong knowledge of Hydronic Systems and their functionality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with Bluebeam and Navisworks is a plus
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
