We install and commission Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) for data centers. What You'll Do

• Lead BMS and EPMS projects from kickoff through close‑out
• Control scope, schedule, and budget; report progress in Procore
• Coordinate general contractors, electrical subs, and field technicians
• Supervise Controls Technicians; set daily priorities and resolve issues
• Oversee installation and commissioning of meters, gateways, and switches
• Attend owner, vendor, and contractor meetings; confirm spec compliance
• Track risks, troubleshoot delays, and keep build plans on time
• Enforce safety and documentation standards in mission‑critical sites

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Primarily Field-based and limited office-based work depending on project phase
• Daily exposure to active industrial jobsite conditions including dust, heat, noise, and varying weather
• Use of laptops, tablets, and Procore field tools daily

Must‑Have Qualifications

• 3 + years in commercial, industrial, or electrical construction management
• Record of managing subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality
• Working knowledge of budgets, contracts, and change orders
• Procore (or similar) plus Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project)
• Clear leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Nice‑to‑Have Extras

• Familiarity with low‑voltage controls, BMS, or EPMS
• Understanding of Ethernet/IP or Modbus protocols
• Data‑center or other mission‑critical experience
• Ignition software use or certification
• Electrical or mechanical background
