SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Elementary Bilingual Teacher (Spanish) for Dual Language program. The Dual Language Teacher is responsible for developing lesson plans and delivering engaging, differentiated instruction that is aligned with the curriculum through an interdisciplinary and bi-literacy approach and following guidelines set by State of Illinois law and board policy. Foster the development of both Spanish and English language skills in all students, including native Spanish speakers and English speakers.
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree; one to two years related experience and/or training preferred. Appropriate valid Illinois Professional Educators License with an endorsement in Elementary and ESL/Bilingual (Spanish) Education.
