Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician

Pay: up to $41/hr

Large automotive company in Long Beach has an immediate need for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician. This role involves performing electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, reading schematics and blueprints and troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic/pneumatic and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Troubleshoot, replace and repair machine components including cylinders, pumps, motors, spindles, valves, gears, switches and bearings.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in maintenance technician duties and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in robotic control software, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and electrical troubleshooting, including three-phase systems.
• Ability to draw start/stop switch diagrams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience required
• Formal schooling in a related field is a plus
• Experience in industrial manufacturing

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.14 - $40.89/hr.
