We’re reshaping the future of hospitality with a portfolio of 30+ select-service hotels across California. As we scale, we’re looking for a Human Resources Director to lead HR operations, ensure compliance, and drive culture and performance across all properties. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, understands California labor laws inside and out, and has a passion for people and hospitality.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations across our hotel portfolio
- Advise managers and staff on employee relations and HR best practices
- Maintain and enforce compliance with California labor laws
- Lead policy development, performance management, and training initiatives
- Manage employee discipline and terminations with professionalism
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture
Qualifications
- 2+ years in an HR management role (hospitality experience required)
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and CA employment laws
- Experience with Paycom is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Discreet, proactive, and solution-oriented
