About the Role

Applicants for the Vice President of Human Resources position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with an advanced degree being a plus. A minimum of 12 years' experience as an HR Generalist, particularly in the manufacturing industry, and at least 7 years in a managerial role, is required.
