About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources to provide strategic HR support to its Consumer Products team. The successful candidate will be a globally minded HR leader, responsible for partnering with senior leaders on a range of HR matters, including organizational design, employee relations, compensation planning, and succession planning. This role also involves the development and delivery of talent and internal mobility initiatives to ensure the professional success and growth of team members. The VP, HR will lead a team of HR business partners and will be instrumental in fostering a community across the global Consumer Products team, driving the growth and development of the HR team, and leading strategic HR initiatives to address the business's needs. Applicants for the VP, HR position at the company should have a graduate degree in HR, MBA, or a related field, with a preference for SPHR/SHRM certification. A minimum of 15 years' professional HR experience, including leading a team, is required, with a background in supporting a global business and experience in a transformative or high-growth environment. The role demands a dynamic leader with strong business acumen, a global mindset, and the ability to influence and collaborate with leaders and team members. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at translating business strategy into HR plans, and will have a proven track record in HR disciplines such as employment and labor laws, employee relations, and performance management. The position is hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week in the office, and may require 10-20% travel.
