Travel Shift Notes: Monday-Friday 7a-3.30p and/or 8ap and/or 8.30a-5p. Must be available for any/all shifts as needed 40hr gt Weekend Requirements: None/Holiday coverage if required On Call Requirements: No Call Submission Requirements SCHEDULE ACCOMMODATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED (10/12HR). 5+years extensive acute care clinical experience Ability to mix compounds REQUIRED Doctoral of Pharmacy (Pharm D) required Completion of ASHP accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency in Oncology is STRONGLY preferred. Board Certification Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) Certification is required is STRONGLY preferred Must demonstrate the ability to work independently, without direct supervision within established policy. Applicant must be capable of supervising the work of support personnel. Specialty Pharmacy medication management Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need Perm address must be included in traveler profile for this need ANY/ALL RTO must be included in profile MACHINERY, TOOLS & EQUIPMENT
