Impact Statement•Lead strategic relationships with Fortune 500 companies and major institutional clients •Drive significant service revenue growth through enterprise account expansion •Develop long-term partnerships that create mutual value and competitive advantage •Influence major facility decisions and strategic infrastructure investments •Represent premium service capabilities to executive-level decision makers Responsibilities•Manage enterprise service accounts with annual values exceeding $500K •Develop strategic account plans and executive-level relationship strategies •Lead contract negotiations for multi-year service agreements •Coordinate complex service delivery across multiple facilities and locations •Present to C-level executives and senior facility management teams •Identify opportunities for comprehensive facility optimization and energy services •Collaborate with technical specialists on advanced system solutions •Monitor market trends and competitive positioning for strategic accounts •Represent company at industry events and executive forums •Travel throughout Pacific Northwest region for client meetings (~35% travel) RequirementsMust-Haves•5+ years in enterprise account management or strategic business development •Proven track record managing large, complex service accounts •Strong executive presence and communication skills •Experience with multi-million dollar contract negotiations •Deep understanding of commercial real estate and facility management •Established network within Seattle business community Nice-to-Haves•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering •Experience in building services, engineering, or construction industries •Knowledge of energy management and sustainability initiatives •Professional certifications in account management or business development
