Impact Statement•Build lasting partnerships with facility managers and building owners •Drive customer success through proactive service delivery and support •Expand service revenue through strategic account development •Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty in competitive markets •Bridge technical expertise with business development for mutual growth Responsibilities•Manage portfolio of service accounts and maintain high customer satisfaction levels •Develop account growth strategies and identify expansion opportunities •Prepare service proposals, contracts, and pricing for maintenance agreements •Coordinate with technical teams to ensure quality service delivery •Conduct regular customer meetings and facility assessments •Monitor service performance metrics and address customer concerns •Generate leads for equipment upgrades and system modernization projects •Maintain CRM records and account documentation •Collaborate with sales and engineering teams on complex opportunities •Travel to customer facilities throughout the Seattle area (~25% travel) RequirementsMust-Haves•3+ years in account management, preferably in building services or technical industries •Strong business development and relationship management skills •Understanding of HVAC systems and building automation technologies •Excellent communication and presentation abilities •Experience with service contracts and maintenance agreements •Proven track record of account growth and customer retention Nice-to-Haves•Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field •Technical background in HVAC or building automation systems •Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management •Knowledge of commercial real estate and facility management
