Manufacturing Controller

Job Title: Multi-Site ControllerJob Type: Full Time, Direct HireLocation: Greensboro/Colfax, NC (On-site)Schedule: Full-time, with one week per month of local travel to Conover, NCCompensation: $170,000 base salary + 20% bonus target + comprehensive benefitsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Multi-Site Controller to oversee financial operations across two established manufacturing sites in North Carolina. This hands-on leadership role is the second-in-command within finance and reports directly to the Group Controller. You will lead an accounting team and be responsible for all core financial functions, including AP/AR, payroll, cash management, internal controls, and compliance. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cost and margin analysis, consolidated reporting, and generating financial statements and management reports. You will serve as the primary contact for internal and external audits, ensure GAAP and tax compliance, and partner with site leaders to align financial and operational practices.
