Kyocera SGS Precision Tools is seeking a skilled and dependable

Maintenance A Technician

to perform preventive maintenance, building upkeep, and equipment repairs that support safe and efficient operations across our facility. This role plays a key part in our continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

What You'll Do:

In this hands-on role, you'll perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on a variety of production equipment and building systems. You'll troubleshoot issues, keep accurate records, and help ensure the facility operates safely and efficiently every day.

Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems per established schedules. Troubleshoot and repair machinery including pneumatic, hydraulic, and lubrication systems. Inspect linear systems, slides, ball screws, and spindles; provide detailed reports on findings. Conduct minor plumbing, electrical, welding, carpentry, pipe fitting, and lighting repairs. Perform scheduled safety checks and routine maintenance, including replacing belts, lubricating parts, and testing safety devices. Schedule maintenance work, document repairs, requisition parts, and coordinate with vendors as needed. Operate forklifts, company vehicles, powered industrial trucks, and a variety of hand and power tools. Maintain dust collection systems, process carbide scrap and swarf from manufacturing areas, and ensure accurate records are kept. Support a lean, safe manufacturing environment and collaborate across departments to address facility needs. What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED is required. Valid driver's license required; must have and maintain a clean driving record. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience following OSHA/ANSI regulations and lockout/tagout safety procedures a plus. Comfortable handling both building maintenance and production equipment repair. Why Join Us:
