Job Description
Contract-to-Hire Location: 100% Onsite in Rancho Bernardo Schedule: Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM Pay: $22/hr for English only, $23/hr for English/Spanish, $25/hr for English/French Primary Responsibilities:
Respond via telephone, email, written and remote computer communication regarding installation, operation and maintenance of PC based automotive repair and shop management system. Document accurately and completely all product-related problems in an electronic call tracking system in accordance with departmental guidelines. Maintain through and current knowledge of PC based software, hardware and industry trends. Respond to customers politely, and maintain a professional, helpful attitude at all times. Document and forward possible electronic product enhancements to product management. Assist management in training new employees and daily operational duties. Additional duties and special projects may be required and assigned in this position. Experience and Educational Requirements:
At least two years of college, technical school training or previous job experience is required. Minimum of one-year phone support experience for PC software and hardware. Minimum of one-year hands-on experience working with PC hardware, and Microsoft operating systems. Minimum of two years' experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and windows-based software applications is required. Working knowledge of Microsoft network systems is required. Previous experience supporting a PC based business management system is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish or English/French is a plus.
