No relocate bonus is offered.Job Summary: Navitas Healthcare is seeking an experienced Direct Hire Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) who is experienced executive leader responsible for directing all aspects of nursing practice, education, and operations within the organization. The CNO ensures that nursing services align with the organization's missions, values, and strategic goals while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will not be blindsided and your salary will be discussed upfront.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership and direction for nursing services across the organization.Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care.Oversee staffing models, recruitment, retention, and professional development for nursing staff.Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.Collaborate with executive leadership, physicians, and other departments to enhance quality of care and patient outcomes.Manage nursing budgets, resource allocation, and cost-effective care delivery.Drive initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, safety, and quality metrics.Promote evidence-based practices and innovation in nursing care delivery.Serve as a mentor and role model to nursing leaders and frontline staff.Represent nursing at the executive level, ensuring the voice of nursing is integrated into organizational decision-making.Qualifications:Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Doctorate preferred).Current RN license required for New York.Progressive nursing leadership experience, with at least 5 years of in an executive level role.Strong knowledge of clinical operations, patient safety, and healthcare regulations.Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and performance improvement.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Must have Hospital leadership experience.
