About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to provide strategic leadership and administration of all activities related to patient care, nursing practice, education, and clinical development. The CNO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, driving a culture of employee engagement, quality, patient safety, and fiscal responsibility. This role is pivotal in guiding the vision and execution of nursing and patient care services, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and strategic priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement, and will be expected to lead by example in championing quality, safety, and patient-centered care.
The ideal candidate for the CNO position at the company will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical nursing leadership, with a proven track record in a similar executive role.
