Project Manager
Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in various residential and commercial construction types, including mixed-use and multi-family projects.
What you will do:
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in Multi-family and commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials, particularly in multi-family and mixed-use developments.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
