Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects with a focus on highways, paving, and concrete work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to timelines and budgets, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of highway, paving, and concrete construction practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not needed
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
