Project Manager - MEP Project Manager - MEP

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager - MEP to oversee and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires a strong background in MEP systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and implementation of MEP projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including contractors and subcontractors.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address any issues that arise.
  • Ensure all MEP systems are installed in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and present project documentation, including reports and proposals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in MEP projects, with a strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
