The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires a strong background in MEP systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of MEP projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including contractors and subcontractors.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure all MEP systems are installed in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare and present project documentation, including reports and proposals.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in MEP projects, with a strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
