Structural Project Manager
Structural Engineer - Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of structural engineers in the planning and execution of structural commercial projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment and compliance with specifications.
- Develop project schedules and budgets, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage project risks to minimize potential issues.
- Ensure adherence to building codes and quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to foster positive relationships and ensure project success.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize project resources and materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Structural, Civil Engineering or related field.
- P.E. Licensure - if testing within six months please apply!
- 2+ years of experience in structural engineering for commercial construction projects.
- 3+ years of structural engineering design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related construction industry software
