This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and detail-oriented experience.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital, for easy accessibility.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting arrangements efficiently.
• Handle email correspondence and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks to support administrative operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various office tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office functionality.• Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively.
• Familiarity with managing a multi-line phone system.
