At French Truck Coffee, our Baristas are the heartbeat of the café. You'll be the first smile our customers see and the friendly face that helps make their day a little brighter. From crafting the perfect latte to serving up pastries and teas, you'll keep the energy flowing while delivering the warm, welcoming experience we're known for.
This role is all about teamwork, great vibes, and quality. Our Baristas greet every customer with genuine hospitality, keep the café running smoothly, and know the ins and outs of our products. One moment you'll be pulling espresso shots at the bar, the next you might be running the register, floating to where the team needs you most, or making sure the café is tidy and stocked. You'll operate our brew equipment with care, follow recipes to keep drinks consistent, and jump in to help with cleaning or restocking so the café shines for every guest who walks in.
If something isn't right, you'll know how to handle guest concerns with patience and professionalism-or quickly loop in a manager when needed. Most importantly, you'll bring a customer-first attitude to every shift, showing up on time and ready to create the excellent quality and experience our customers expect from us.
