The selected person will be responsible for registering and confirming customer orders accurately and promptly, following the practices and guidelines of Xylem. They will act as the main point of contact with customers, managing queries and working to resolve issues related to deliveries and services.

Main responsibilities:

• Development of spare parts offers (mainly in the Water Infrastructure - WI area).
• Management of service orders for repairs of our brand equipment (Flygt, Wedeco, etc.).
• Processing of sales orders related to WI products and services.
• Management of rental service orders, linked to repairs and maintenance of rental equipment.
• Administration of maintenance contracts for equipment in operation at customers.

Required qualifications:

• +5 years of relevant work experience in similar functions.
• Experience in the industrial sector and in workshops.
• Native Spanish; advanced English (desirable).
• Excel proficiency and good handling of ERP and databases.
• Customer orientation and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Collaborative attitude, oriented towards developing and maintaining positive relationships with business partners.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to end-to-end process management.
• Knowledge and experience in the management of PRL (Occupational Risk Prevention).
