We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you'll be essential to our daily warehouse operations, ensuring all processes from receiving to shipping run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a strong focus on accuracy and a knack for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Order Processing & Fulfillment: Create maintenance and Time & Materials (T&M) sales orders, pull products from stock, and prepare orders for same-day shipping.
• Inventory Management: Handle product receiving, perform regular inventory cycle counts, and process inventory transfers to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Shipping & Logistics: Package and ship orders, including UPS Depot inventory. Assist with freight quotes and coordinate shipments.
• Administrative Support: Process and track Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests, and track order shipments. Communicate effectively with internal teams (ISR's, NAMS, PM's, Techs, etc.).
• Warehouse Operations: Organize the warehouse, replenish stock, and assist in setting up and prepping repair orders.
• Purchasing: Perform purchasing tasks for maintenance sales orders.

Required Qualifications

• A strong history of good attendance and punctuality is mandatory.
• Proven experience in Inventory Management.
• Excellent teamwork and time management skills.
• strong job knowledge and ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
• A commitment to continuous learning.
