Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Representative

What You'll Do
Engage with both Russian- and English-speaking customers to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service Proactively identify customer needs and recommend relevant insurance solutions (Auto, Life, Home, etc.) Follow up on leads, quote policies, and assist with applications and sales processes Manage service-related requests including billing, policy updates, and claims Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions Collaborate closely with licensed agents to drive revenue and customer satisfaction What We're Looking For
Fluency in both Russian and English (verbal and written) Sales-focused mindset with a drive to meet and exceed goals Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to build trust quickly and explain complex concepts clearly Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is preferred Willingness to obtain insurance licensing (support provided for the right candidate) What We Offer
