Job Summary:

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist manages and administers the processes related to the installation, configuration, and support of the organization's customer relationship management (CRM) software and other integrated applications (e.g., DocuSignCLM and DocuSign e-Signature) through best practices and other documented procedures. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist will engage in all aspects of system management, from troubleshooting support tickets to designing user-friendly solutions, to complex business issues.

Responsibilities:

Utilize all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, role hierarchy, profiles, permissions/sets, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules

Identify and implement Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflows, Process Builder, dashboards, and reports

Manage the Salesforce and DocuSign Sandbox development and staging environments to include periodic refreshes to mirror Production data, reconnect integrated applications and reestablishment of sandbox users

Collaborate with the Business Systems Analyst to define requirements for enhancements, to ensure all technical requirements are being met and translated into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience

Manage Salesforce data improve data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.

Proactively maintain the CRM software and other integrated applications, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.

Manage user support tickets to troubleshoot and resolve via Salesforce change requests and tickets received via the ServiceNow platform.

Create and update existing technical design documentation, deployment plans, and user stories for identified issues and enhancement requests.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in related, progressive roles with hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.

Certified Salesforce Administrator

2+ years of experience with Salesforce Lightning applications and components

Extensive experience in supporting standard software development lifecycles

Experience leading the development and implementation of CRM oriented process changes

Knowledge of data management and security in a CRM environment

Experience working in project-based work structures

Expert level competency in Microsoft Office and other PC productivity tools

Experience with data analytics and forecasting (e.g., SQL/SOQL queries, Tableau for CRM, Einstein Analytics)

Experience with Salesforce CPQ

Demonstrated interest in continuing Professional Development in Salesforce and other integrated platforms (i.e., continued building of certifications and badges)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience as the Technical Lead on Salesforce projects

Experience with basic triggers/Apex code knowledge

Additional Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder)

SQL database experience

DocuSignCLM Developer experience

Experience with forecasting and predictions using Salesforce tools to guide business strategy

Active in the Salesforce community

Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) environments and maintenance of certificates

Experience utilizing deployment tools in accordance with best practice methodologies

Certification in Salesforce UX Design or other user experience qualifications/experience

At Surescripts, base pay is one part of our Total Rewards Package (which may also include bonus, benefits etc.) and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this position is $109,600 - $134,000 per year. Your base pay may vary within or outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including (but not limited to) your qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
