Job Summary and Qualifications
The Executive Administrative Assistant serves as the primary contact for division leadership ad. This position performs clerical functions, maintains calendar(s), and prepares correspondence for officers and Administrator as needed.
What you will do in this role:
Perform administrative support functions for the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Nursing Officer (i.e. calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, report generation, correspondence, etc.).
Provide assistance and support to Marketing Director as requested including internal relations and community activities.
Coordinate day-to-day operations of administrative office with Senior Executive Assistant as appropriate Your role coordinates committees, meetings, etc. including scheduling, agenda, taking/typing minutes, etc. for COO & CNO as requested.
Maintain administrative files and other correspondence as indicated.
Serve as ambassador of administration by providing high level of customer service (i.e. polite & professional telephone etiquette, prompt response to physician needs & requests, prompt & courteous response to all customer needs and/or concerns, etc.).
Coordinate and manage other administrative directed functions as assigned.
What qualifications you will need:
Associate's Degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience at Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant level required.
Demonstrated proficiency in all Microsoft applications; i.e.: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. required.
Demonstrated proficiency in executive level meeting organization, preparation, and minutes required.
Exemplary organizational and communication skills required.
