Responsibilities Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis Host two open houses each month Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments Engage in weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards Take part in team activities according to team guidelines Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties Draft and negotiate offers for your clients Monitor activities and manage client information using PLACE Technology Qualifications You possess a natural drive and competitive edge in sales. You excel at establishing connections, understanding others' needs, and finding solutions. Prospecting and generating leads are your areas of expertise. You handle objections with ease.
