Misfits Market is a mission-driven, high-growth startup dedicated to reducing food waste and making shopping for sustainable, high-quality groceries easier and more affordable. As a Class B CDL Delivery Driver, you will be a crucial member of our operations team, responsible for transporting freight, including customer orders, from our fulfillment centers to our cross docks for last-mile delivery.

Operating a Class B company vehicle, you will navigate designated routes, delivering products with a commitment to safety and on-time performance. Responsibilities include:

1. Complying with all DOT and Misfits Market safety standards.
2. Acting as a professional representative of the company.
3. Operating a Class B commercial vehicle in compliance with all regulations.
4. Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately.
5. Maintaining open communication with dispatch, warehouse, and leadership.
6. Operating computer/internal freight monitoring systems.

Flexibility with scheduling and the ability to adapt to changes in delivery routes or schedules is required, including availability for around the clock shifts.

Requirements include:

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• A valid state-issued driver's license for at least 3 years.
• A valid Class B Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Possession of a valid DOT required medical card.
• 2 years of previous tractor-trailer driving experience or graduation from a state-certified and licensed truck driving school.
• Comfort operating a tractor-trailer in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends if needed.

Additional nice-to-have qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, bilingual skills (English/Spanish), and experience working in a food-based environment.
