Misfits Market is a mission-driven, high-growth startup dedicated to reducing food waste and making shopping for sustainable, high-quality groceries easier and more affordable. As a Class B CDL Delivery Driver, you will be a crucial member of our operations team, responsible for transporting freight, including customer orders, from our fulfillment centers to our cross docks for last-mile delivery. Your responsibilities include:

1. Operating a Class B commercial vehicle in compliance with all DOT and company safety standards.
2. Delivering products with a commitment to safety and on-time performance.
3. Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately.
4. Maintaining open communication with dispatch, warehouse, and leadership.
5. Operating computer/internal freight monitoring systems.
6. Being flexible with scheduling and able to adapt to route or schedule changes, including availability for around-the-clock shifts.

Requirements include:

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• A valid state-issued driver's license for at least 3 years.
• A valid Class B Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Possession of a valid DOT medical card.
• At least 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience or graduation from a certified truck driving school.
• Comfort operating a tractor-trailer in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends if needed.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively.

Preferred qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Experience in a food-based environment.

This is an entry-level, full-time position within the Management and Manufacturing industries, specifically in Food and Beverage Services.
