Technical Architect

UX/UI Architect : User Experience Strategy & Architecture • Define and own the UX vision, strategy, and design architecture across products and platforms • Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design decisions • Create and maintain information architecture, including sitemaps, navigation flows, and content structures • Translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-friendly design solutions • Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma / Adobe XD) • Establish and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across platforms • Collaborate with developers to ensure implementation of UI components • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics • Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams in Agile ceremonies • Advocate for design thinking and user-centered practices within Agile workflows • Mentor junior designers and contribute to design capability building across teams

Salary Range- $130,000-$145,000 a year
