Residential Property Management company in Irvine is in need of a Concierge for their Front Desk, - The hours are Mondays and Tuesdays, 1:30pm-10pm, and Friday and Saturdays, 1:30pm - 10pm THIS IS A LONG TERM TEMP OPPORTUNITY.
Must be energetic, passionate, personable, and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team. The right candidate will embrace change, celebrate innovation, and have an unwavering passion for providing extraordinary customer service to our valuable clients. This position is located on-site at a luxury community. In this role, you will interact daily with the residents of the community, all while providing a welcoming professional but fun environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Welcome homeowners/guests/vendors/new customers to community Performs various administrative/managerial tasks in support of community's vision Deliver memorable interactions with all residents by being friendly, answering questions and being helpful as you develop a strong rapport with each resident Manage and organize services for the community such as package collections, wellness checks of their homes for those out of town for an extended period of time, assist with restaurant reservations and other minor tasks as requested. Maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positivity Provide exemplary and timely customer service to residents, pets and community staff
Other duties as assigned. Qualification and Requirements: High School education or equivalent, 1-2 years of directly related customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training. Needs to be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Skills and Knowledge Strong interpersonal skills and a professional presence Ability to effectively interface with a wide range of customers and all levels of personnel Ability to interpret and follow verbal and written instructions Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Ability to operate standard office equipment Ability to prioritize work flow and to efficiently schedule/utilize time
