In this role, you'll assist participants in employer-sponsored 401(k), pension, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans. Key Responsibilities: Support clients by clearly explaining account details and executing financial transactions. Accurately process and document transactions while actively engaging with the client. Navigate multiple systems and screens quickly and efficiently. Maintain professionalism in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with clients, peers, and management. Manage sensitive or confidential information responsibly and ethically. Display a positive attitude and openness to coaching and continuous improvement. De-escalate and resolve customer issues effectively, with empathy and poise. Job Requirement
