Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate commercial construction projects, with a focus on retail construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate all phases of project management from initiation to closure.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and resolve issues.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and services necessary for project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, preferably in retail.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are a plus.
