Project Manager Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects in K-12 construction, healthcare construction, and commercial construction. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality standards and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  • Estimate project resources and develop schedules to ensure timely project completion.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, and identify any potential risks to project success.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed, and recommend solutions to improve project outcomes.
  • Ensure that all projects adhere to quality standards and regulations specific to K-12, healthcare, and commercial construction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience as a Project Manager in K-12, healthcare, or commercial construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
