The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and ensuring quality control throughout the construction process. The Project Manager will act as a liaison between various stakeholders, ensuring that all project objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and ensuring quality control throughout the construction process. The Project Manager will act as a liaison between various stakeholders, ensuring that all project objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects.
- Develop project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and quality control.
- Prepare and review submittals and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) promptly.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the multifamily construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation.
- Experience managing high-rise and commercial projects is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
