We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience managing commercial tenant improvement projects to join our San Francisco team. In this role, you will lead projects from conception through completion, working closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure budgets, schedules, and quality standards are met. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to sophisticated commercial buildouts in a workplace that supports your growth and values your expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of commercial tenant improvement projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
- Communicate regularly with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track
- Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and timely project delivery
- Resolve issues proactively to maintain client satisfaction and project success
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and payment applications
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing commercial tenant improvement projects
- Familiarity with San Francisco Bay Area building codes and commercial construction standards preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction management processes and tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
